Terms of Service
1. Basic Info
When you commission me you automatically agree to these termsYou must be at least 13 years old, or whatever age you are legally allowed to use social media in your country, to commission meI reserve the full right to refuse any commissions [ I will NEVER refuse any commissions based on your background, race, beliefs, religion, gender, etc.]I will do up to 6 characters per commissionI only do digital artMy deadline is my deadline- don't rush me, please.
2. What I Draw
I only draw anthro/feral felines or furries that can be drawn the way I draw catsI can draw slight violence/gore, but not too muchI am fine with drawing shipart, but I don't do kissing or anything past thatNo suggestive stuffNo cursing >:(No hate art! Nothing against people's beliefs, race, religion, ethnicity, sexual orientation, gender identity, or anything else!ABSOLUTELY NO NSFW
3. Payment
I will not start the commission until the full payment is receivedPlease pay through the correct commission widget after confirmation! I will link it to you ^-^ Just so you know, this is very important because the commission widget is the only way DeviantArt points can be converted into USDNo refunds once I begin, please! If you don't like the finished project, I'm genuinely sorry !! But art takes time :"0However, you will get a FULL refund if I cannot finish.If I finish late, you can request a 20% refund, along with the finished product.
4. Use of my Art
You are free to use the finished commission as an icon, banner, pagedoll etc. but you must give me credit!Please do not claim my art as your own :")You are allowed to reference my artYou may also trace my art BUT you most credit me if you post it anywhereCommissions are for personal use only.DO NOT MAKE NFTS (non-fungible-tokens) OF MY ARTNo using my art to earn profit.I am 100% allowed to share my own art online and for examples. If there is a written description I will credit you and the appropriate designer for the character.
5. Changes
I will give you an option to see the sketch of your commission and let me know what you want changed!Changes can only be made in the sketch phaseYou can always request to see a wip, though
6. Special Design Terms
Once you get the design, you can change the species, alter + modify the design, sell it to people, however, you, and everyone else, must always credit me for the original design.Don't claim my designs as your own. They are not.If you do not own my designs, do not use them!!! You are allowed to reference them or colorpick them, though. No one owns colors. And let's be honest, we designers are constantly referencing other designs- that's how art works!! Inspiration is key :D In fact, you can link any designs you've made that are inspired by mine!However, heavily referencing is not allowed. I will know that you are heavily referencing if your design contains multiple elements from my design.Again, please credit me in every use of the design :3No designs with copyrighted content >:0 I do NOT want to get sued (can that happen ? probably, if I'm making profit off of it; makes sense)You can co-own my designs with other people/another person - same terms apply, though.
